We come from different backgrounds and have different passions. We are curious, extremely positive and driven by positiveness. You can compose the team for your project as you want: seniors, who have walked the talk, and juniors that bring a lot of energy, enthusiasm and new ideas.



Passionate as an artist, number-oriented as a financier, process-oriented as an engineer and results-driven as a project manager, Laurent Bouty helps leading companies articulate, execute and present their Marketing strategies.

I have a broad Marketing experience (from Marketing Strategy to Communication), including latest trends like analytics, social networks and mobile, gained in Telecommunication, Advertising and the Financial sector. I have a strong marketing execution orientation through team development and best practices implementation.

I am the Academic Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship program at Solvay Brussels School. I also teach Strategy and Marketing in different programs.

Laurent obtained an Executive MBA from Henley Management College, UK, in 2004. He has a post-graduate in Telematics and Organisation (1998), and also holds a Master in Civil Engineering from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (1994).

Passionate about technology and its implications in our way of living, thinking and interacting with each other, Raphael, when he was young, always looked at the year 2000 as milestone.

With more than 17 years of experience in the digital industry, I have always focused on the user, and I was interested by individuals using technology and not technology itself. Certified in user experience and service designer at NNG (USA), I worked with numerous Belgian large corporate accounts, start-ups and agencies on web, mobile, phygital and omnichannel projects.

I am also teacher and speaker in different schools like Solvay, l’IHECS, Bruxelles Formation, European Communication School, etc. 



Steffen believes there are two main factors for successful business: having a strong purpose and nurturing great talent.

As a Branding, Communication and Customer Experience professional for 20 years, I have been working with many companies and brands, like Brussels Airlines, Continental Foods, Heineken, ING, Microsoft, etc. I help them define their purpose (vision, mission, values) as the basis for their successful and differentiating story.

I co-founded creative brand agency 20Something, and I am responsible for Talent Management at acc (the association for communication companies) in Belgium.

I teach Brand Strategy in the Advanced Master Creativity & Marketing at Solvay Brussels School.

Steffen holds an Advanced Master in Marketing Management from Vlerick School (1998) and a Master in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School (1997).

I’m McKinsey Alumni Consultant with 13+ years of experience in the software industry. Having a background in both technology and business (Master in Computer Science + Solvay Business School), I specialize in helping organizations, from startup to enterprise, achieve success with their software projects. I do this by defining a technical strategy that best serve the business strategy, assembling high-performance teams and providing the appropriate coaching & guidance to ensure that the project stays on the track for success.

I am a consultant with 20+ years of experience of digital team & project management in complex business/IT environment. People and task-oriented balanced leader, I like to work on team cohesion, well-being and motivation while focusing on structure, objectives-settings, roles, tasks, planning and work facilitation.

From kick-off to final delivery and maintenance’s team set-up, I help companies to manage end-to-end their digital projects. I gained experience working mainly for large corporate accounts in Telecommunication, Banking and Aviation sector and this for both B2C & B2B markets.
